[01]Our Story

We Spent Months Inside HotelsBefore Writing a Line of Code.

Before building Quickgick, we conducted extensive on-ground research across Delhi NCR hotels including Hyatt, Radisson, ITC, and Novotel — surveying over 100 properties to understand the real operational challenges.

[02]The Founding Story

From a Hotel Room Observation to a Mission.

It started with a simple observation. During a stay at a well-known 4-star hotel in Delhi, Binit noticed something that seemed oddly outdated: a paper laundry form slipped under the door, a printed dining menu on the desk, and a room phone as the only way to request extra towels. For a ₹12,000/night room, the operational infrastructure felt decades behind.

That observation led to a question: Is this how all hotels operate? To find the answer, Binit and the team surveyed over 100 hotels across Mumbai, Delhi, and other Indian cities — from boutique properties to enterprise chains. They conducted on-ground case studies at Hyatt Centric, Radisson Blu, ITC Hotels, and Novotel Aerocity. What they found was consistent: fragmented tools, zero real-time visibility, and revenue being left on the table every single day.

India's hospitality industry is growing at an unprecedented rate, with thousands of new hotel rooms being added annually. Yet the operational infrastructure powering these hotels hasn't evolved in decades. That's the gap Quickgick was built to fill. Starting with India — the world's fastest-growing hospitality market — and expanding globally.

Founder & CEO

Binit brings a unique blend of SaaS product development, hospitality domain expertise, and deep technical chops. He has built and shipped SaaS products for startups in both India and the US, with hands-on experience in the hospitality and F&B sectors.

Previously, Binit co-founded MeriPareeksha, an EdTech platform that served thousands of students. His background as a full-stack app developer, combined with his obsession for operational efficiency, made him uniquely positioned to tackle the hotel operations problem.

Before writing a single line of code, Binit spent months on-ground — walking hotel floors, interviewing GMs, shadowing housekeeping staff, and mapping out every operational workflow. That research is the foundation Quickgick is built on.
